Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flux mobile application (the "App"), website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using Flux, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
1. Who We Are
Flux is operated by Canopas Software LLP ("Flux", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India at 552-554, Laxmi Enclave 2, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat 395004.
2. Medical Disclaimer (Crucial)
FLUX IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER. THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
Informational Purposes Only:
All content in Flux, including cycle predictions, health insights, and articles, is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Not for Contraception:
Flux should NOT be used as your sole method of contraception or birth control. Our predictions are based on statistical probabilities and algorithms which may not account for individual health fluctuations.
Consult a Professional:
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the App.
3. Eligibility
To use Flux:
  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • If you are located in the EU, UK, or India, you must be at least 16 years old.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. License to Use Flux
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Flux for its intended purpose.
You agree not to:
  • misuse the Service or use it in violation of any laws or regulations
  • attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the software
  • get involved in fraudulent activities, or engage in financial manipulation or fraud
  • transmit spam, scams, deceptive communications, or misrepresent yourself or others
  • upload malware, harmful code, or other malicious content
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems
  • disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the operation, functionality, or security of the Service
  • harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • launder money or support any illegal activities
All rights not expressly granted remain with Canopas Software LLP.
5. Your Account
To use most features of Flux, you must create an account.
You agree to:
  • provide accurate information when registering
  • keep your account information updated
  • keep your password secure
  • notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable) and for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend using device-level security (FaceID/Passcode).
We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access if you fail to secure your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Description of Service
Flux provides tools for:
  • Menstrual cycle tracking
  • Ovulation and fertility predictions
  • Symptom and mood tracking
  • Personalized insights and predictions (including AI-based features)
AI & Predictions Disclaimer
Some features of Flux use algorithms or AI to generate predictions and insights.
These outputs are:
  • based on patterns and user-provided data
  • may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect
  • not guaranteed for accuracy, reliability, or outcomes
You use these features at your own risk.
Flux allows users to create and store content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant Flux a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
  • store your content
  • process your content
  • transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service
You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share using the Service. You may not share content that:
  • You do not have the right to share
  • Contains private or sensitive personal data
  • Is hateful, violent, or discriminatory
  • Is sexually explicit or exploitative
  • Is illegal or promotes illegal acts
  • Is spam, scams, or deceptive promotions
Violations may result in content removal or account termination.
7. Fees and Subscriptions
Some features of Flux may require payment. If you purchase a subscription:
  • payments may be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • subscription terms and refunds are governed by those platforms
  • subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your app store account settings.
Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply.
Free Trials
We may offer free trials from time to time.
Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.
We may modify or discontinue trials at any time.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep Flux available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be:
  • uninterrupted
  • error-free
  • completely secure
While Flux takes reasonable steps to protect and store user data, users are responsible for maintaining backups of important information. Flux is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from user actions, system failures, or external events.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Flux, including:
  • software
  • design
  • logos
  • trademarks
  • content
belong to Canopas Software LLP.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of Flux is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal data.
11. Termination
You may stop using Flux at any time.
You may delete your account through the application settings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
  • these Terms are violated
  • the Service is used illegally
  • the Service is abused or misused
Upon termination, access to the Service may be removed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux shall not be liable for:
  • Health outcomes
  • Decisions made based on the App
  • Data loss or inaccuracies
  • indirect or consequential damages
arising from the use of the Service.
Flux’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the previous 12 months.
13. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee that:
  • the Service will always be available
  • the Service will be free from errors
  • the Service will meet all user expectations
14. Force Majeure
Flux shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These events may include natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet service disruptions, power failures, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.
During such events, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service as soon as possible.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flux regarding the use of the Service and replace any prior agreements or understandings.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in India.
